ENGINEERING
Our engineering department can utilize customer's cad data in developing special tooling, fixturing and gaging, reducing process time from prototype to full production. Our CAD/CAM system enables us to program "off-line" and directly download files to the shop floor. We can receive files electronically or via disk and have the capability to translate files from other software.

This same system is used to develop control plans, process FMEA's and establish statistical analysis standards for monitoring critical dimension characteristics with each process.
